Our Residential Work

Phase#1 A striking new front entry combining steel and glass creates a contemporary focal point while bringing more natural light into the home. Phase#2 A second-story sunroom was added to capture expansive southern views, creating a bright and inviting retreat.

The McNeill Residence focused on transforming the kitchen and adjoining spaces into a bright, functional area for everyday living and entertaining. The redesigned kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, generous countertops, and large windows that maximize natural light. A formal dining area was also integrated into the updated layout.

The Mohawk Drive Residence is a new two-story home designed around comfortable indoor and outdoor living. The design features a gracious front porch, generous screened porch, and rear deck. Inside, an open floor plan connects the great room, eating nook, and kitchen to create a welcoming central living space.

A new two story home with a majestic two level entry porch.

We added an enclosed sun-room to the existing second story deck. The area under the sun-room was enclosed to create a screened room.
